• Type: Immersion & Ultrasonic Cleaner
• System: Immersion & Ultrasonic Parts Washers
• Dilution Rate: 5-30%, typically used at 10%; Minimum recommended concentration for cleaning aluminum is 5.0%
• Temperature: 130-170ºF (54-77ºC), typically used at 140º-150ºF (60-66ºC)
• Cleaning Duration: 1-30 minutes: typical parts are cleaned in 3-10 minutes

1. Add AquaVantage® 815 GD to solution tank filled with hot or cold water using the dilution rate for your system.
2. Mix solution thoroughly.
3. Heat solution to specified temperature for your cleaning system.
4. Immerse parts in tank and soak until soil is removed.
5. Remove parts.
6. Rinse with water. Recommended conductivity of final rinse water:
   • Ultra-Clean Applications: ≤ 50 microsiemens
   • Precision Cleaning: ≤ 500 microsiemens
   • Gross Cleaning: > 500 microsiemens
7. Dry parts.
   • To avoid spotting, it is best if the parts remain wet between processing stages.
   • Extended corrosion protection can be achieved with Brulin corrosion inhibitors.

     • RP 802 | Dilutable Oil-Based Corrosion Inhibitor
